Refund & Return Policy
If you would like to return an item to superluxuryreps.com, please follow the instructions below within 30 business days of delivery.
- Ship the watch without the original box. Bubble wrap the watch and use any box to ship it back to us.

- Please notify us before shipping back the item and provide a tracking number, USPS preferred.
Please note:
- Customers must pay a fee to return products to us. Shipping and handling charges and other fees aren’t reimbursed. We cannot accept cash on delivery.
- You must provide a valid tracking number when filling out the return form for your return to be processed successfully.
- Regular products can be returned for a refund, replacement, or credit hold, while special or custom products can only be returned for exchange.
- Once the Execution Center has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you’ll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there’s a refund, it will be issued within 7 business days. Please note that, depending on the financial institution, it may take another 3-5 business days for the credit to be reflected in your account.

Refund Policy
Returns
We understand there are times you might not like your product, and we offer a 30 business day window to return your product for a refund if in unused and excellent condition. If you’d like to return your item, you’ll be responsible for paying the shipping back to us. To get refunded, you must contact us at sales@superluxuryreps.com before returning the item for return instructions.
Exchange
To exchange a product, please contact us at sales@superluxuryreps.com. A £20 restocking fee may apply.
Not as Described or Wrong Product
If you find your order is flawed, contact us at sales@superluxuryreps.com with photos of the product. We’ll provide a return shipping label, and once it’s tracked, we’ll ship a new product immediately.
Change of Mind
Change of mind is not acceptable. Any return or refund will process accordingly.
Cancel Order
We usually ship orders immediately. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will send a request to the processing department, but cannot guarantee cancellation. However, you can always return the order once received. All refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the returned product. It may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account. We try hard to ensure customer satisfaction.
