Refund and Returns Policy

Before you send anything back to us, please email us at sales@superluxuryreps.com. You have 30 days to return an item for a refund or exchange. If it’s been more than 30 days since you bought it, we can’t give a full refund or exchange.

For a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you got it, and in its original packaging. You’ll need to show a receipt or proof of purchase. Don’t send it back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds are sometimes possible if:

– The item isn’t in original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.

– The item is returned after 30 days.

Refunds

After we get and check your returned item, we’ll email you to say if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will go back to your credit card or original payment method in a few days.

If your refund is late or missing, check your bank account again, contact your credit card company, and then your bank. If you still don’t see it, email us at sales@superluxuryreps.com.

Regular items can be refunded but sale items cannot.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they’re defective or damaged. To exchange, email us at sales@shopluxwatches.co.

Gifts

If the item was a gift, you’ll get a gift credit once we receive the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift or if it was sent to the gift giver, we’ll refund the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

Mail your return to our address and you’ll be in charge of paying for the shipping. We do not cover return shipping costs. If you get a refund, return shipping costs will be taken out of it. Shipping time for exchanges can vary based on your location. Consider using trackable shipping or insurance for expensive items. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your return.
